While classical Yin Yoga focuses on long-held postures that target fascia and connective tissue, Yin Yoga: The Inward Experience is intentionally guided toward emotional awareness and release.

  • Long-held Yin postures (3–5 minutes or more)

  • Guided emotional inquiry

  • Breath-led nervous system regulation

  • Mindful stillness and introspection
