Mentoring for Yoga Teachers

Personal guidance to support your path — as a teacher and practitioner.

Why mentoring?

Teaching yoga can be deeply rewarding… but also lonely, uncertain, and overwhelming at times.

This mentoring space is here to offer you steady, grounded support — whether you’re just starting out or looking to reconnect with your purpose after years of teaching.

A special focus is placed on coming back to your own practice, finding balance between nurturing yourself and guiding others.

No pressure to “build a brand” or “level up.” Just space to be heard, reflect, and grow with someone who understands the journey.

At the heart of my teachings

“Give to yourself before you give to others so you will always have more to give.”

Astrology & Mentoring

Alongside the mentoring sessions, you’ll also receive a personal astrology reading.
This consultation is designed to help you understand your unique patterns, strengths, and challenges — offering guidance on how your practice and teaching can be more aligned with your natural rhythms and energy.

You’ll receive:

  • A 60-minute astrology reading

  • Journalling questions for reflection

  • Practical insights into how your chart can support your path as both practitioner and teacher

This reading adds a layer of self-understanding and alignment to your mentoring journey, grounding your teaching in both practice and personal wisdom.

What is Krama Yoga?

Derived from the Sanskrit word Krama, meaning “step” or “progression,” Krama Yoga is a mindful and structured approach to practice. It emphasizes moving in stages, adapting the practice to the individual rather than forcing the body into predefined shapes. This method ensures that yoga is accessible to all ages, abilities, and body types, honoring where each practitioner is on their journey.

In Krama Yoga, the practice unfolds in a way that is safe, intuitive, and intentional, allowing students to build strength, flexibility, and awareness at their own pace.
