What I teach

Welcome to your yoga journey

I am an E-RYT 200 and RYT-500H+ Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer, trained in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Over the years, my teachings have evolved, and I now specialize in Krama & Functional Yoga—a practice rooted in progression, adaptability, accessibility and inclusivity. I have also curated a special type of Yin Yoga called The Inward Experience.

At the heart of my teachings is a simple promise

“When you step onto your mat, you are welcome exactly as you are. I honor your soul, in a body that is special, unique and deserving of love and care.”

3 Pillars of teaching

01.

Proprioception

Developing body awareness, balance, and alignment.

02.

Breath

Harnessing the breath for presence, flow, and transformation.

03.

Spirituality

Going beyond the physical to connect with the deeper essence of yoga.

Sri Krichnamacharya

“Yoga must be adapted to the individual, not the individual to Yoga.”

Krama Yoga

Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

Derived from the Sanskrit word Krama, meaning “step” or “progression,” Krama Yoga is a mindful and structured approach to practice. It emphasizes moving in stages, adapting the practice to the individual rather than forcing the body into predefined shapes. This method ensures that yoga is accessible to all ages, abilities, and body types, honoring where each practitioner is on their journey.

In Krama Yoga, the practice unfolds in a way that is safe, intuitive, and intentional, allowing students to build strength, flexibility, and awareness at their own pace.

Yin Yoga Inward Experience

Restorative Yoga open to all level

Yin Yoga: The Inward Experience is a soulful journey into stillness, self-exploration, and deep emotional release. This practice blends the gentle, meditative nature of Yin Yoga with carefully curated music and energetic attunement, creating a space for profound introspection and healing.

This is more than just a yoga class—it’s an invitation to journey inward, to sit with yourself, and to embrace the emotions that arise with compassion and presence.

Sacred Space for growth & Connection

Joining a Community

Being a yoga teacher is about more than just guiding asanas —it’s about creating a safe and sacred space where you can explore, grow, and align with your highest self.

The space within the four corners of your mat is one of healing, transformation, and deep connection—between body and spirit, teacher and student, and souls moving in harmony.

Yoga in Harmony with the cosmos

Energy inspired Yoga

As an astrologer, I also tune my classes to the energy of the moment and the stars. The celestial movements influence not only our emotions but also our bodies and energetic fields. By aligning our practice with the rhythms of the universe, we cultivate a deeper sense of connection, flow, and intention—both on and off the mat.
